Ponte Vedra Beach

Situated just south of Jacksonville Beach and north of Saint Augustine. Home to the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, PGA Tour National Headquarters, ATP Tour Headquarters, you will find the seaside community of Ponte Vedra Beach. St. Johns County Florida is known for its low taxes and A-rated schools. Arguably the best neighborhood in Northeast Florida, Old Ponte Vedra Beach lies to the south of the Duval County line, east of Highway A1A, and north of Corona Road. Most lots are a one-half acre or larger, with many of the homes either oceanfront, on a lagoon, or on one of the PVI & C’s two world-class golf courses. To the south and west are many other unique neighborhoods, many of them are golf course communities. The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach, Sawgrass Country Club, TPC Sawgrass, and Marsh Landing Country Club are first class with hundreds of homes built around them. The beaches are very private due to mostly residential makeup, unlike the beaches to the north that have large parking areas to allow visitors to access the beach.
