Just a short drive east of Jacksonville, with miles of white sandy beaches, Jacksonville Beach provides easy access to the Atlantic Ocean. There is a mix of bars, restaurants, condo towers, and single-family homes along the shoreline. East of A1A you will need to be 7 blocks north, or 2 blocks south of Beach Blvd. to get into the residential section. The majority of the oceanfront condos are north of Beach Blvd. and as far down as 25th Ave. South. Once you get south of 25th it turns into single-family residential homes. This area offers 6 million-dollar oceanfront homes with deep lots on unique Duval Drive, to the more moderate small concrete block bungalows built in the 1950s for 600K. West of A1A you will find mostly residential neighborhoods, only a couple of them gated. One public golf course, owned and run by the city. Plenty of trendy restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We just added the Margaritaville Beach Hotel to the Jacksonville Beach oceanfront scene. “It’s a sweet life, living by the salty sea.”
